While I was supposed to be enjoying the last few days of my summer vacation I was caught up, at home, desperately trying to change the look of OOP. With the help of many very helpful WordPress forum members and a bit of Googling I was finally able to reach the desired look for my blog. Some people may be wondering: “Hey, but didn’t you change your lay-out two days ago already?” The answer is: “Heya, yes I did.” But the feel and look didn’t feel like me or OOP and I wanted something that embodies my personal aesthetic. This new lay-out is simple, sleek and has a bit of a chic and edgy touch because of it’s header which I creatively created in Photoshop using an editorial shot by the incredible Alice Rosati for Citizen K magazine. The old looks of OOP had me sleepless for the last few weeks browsing for new themes and looks on my phone.
I’m really liking the new feel of this website, it feels more personal and more like personal style diary should feel like. With the previous release it felt more formal and bigger then it actually was. This feels right. I’m back in my creative bubble.
